Executive Leadership

Timothy J. Shearer, Founding Partner – CEO
As CEO of eProcess Pros, Tim is responsible for our strategic direction and solution development.  Tim's diverse background leverages over 30 years of financial management, financial systems and processes and executive leadership.  Tim has been a controller, financial systems analyst, Partner at KPMG, LLP, and a CEO.  Tim has focused on implementing financial systems and process improvement programs for companies of all size.  As a CEO, Tim utilized financial information to significantly improve operating income of a privately held staffing company and lead the effort to sell the company to a global, multi-line staffing company.  Tim holds as B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A.  He is active on the advisory boards of two Colleges of Business. Tomme Stevenson, Founding Partner – EVP of Sales and Marketing
Tomme leads the solutions sales and marketing team at eProcess Pros. Before becoming a partner at eProcess Pros Tomme owned his own technology consulting business and was instrumental in the creation of six new technology based companies while serving as Director of Business Development as Stanford Research Institute. Tomme also has over 25 years of business leadership with Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, British Telecom and Storage Technologies. Whether leading a $1.2B division of a Fortune 500 company, or incubating a start-up, Tomme has consistently streamlined operations and improved financial performance. Raymond Brooks, CPA, Founding Partner – CFO
Raymond has over thirty years of public accounting experience focusing on merger & acquisitions, private capital management and equity investing. Raymond was with BDO Seidman, founded a privately held investment banking company specializing in mergers & accusations and investment syndications and formed the certified public accounting firm of Brooks, Cook & Associates, LLC. specializing in entrepreneurial business accounting and tax needs.
